Carla L. Haire, CPA

Carla L. Haire has been working in tax preparation for more than 25 years and is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and in Florida. She received Bachelor's of Arts in Business Adminstration with a major in Accounting and Masters of Taxation Degrees from Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the AICPA. Carla is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Phi Theta Kappa, and Beta Gamma Sigma. 

She began her career for a small firm, preparing individual and business income, payroll, and sales tax returns, and later, for larger firms, preparing corporate, partnership, and not-for-profit returns. Carla also worked in the development department of a tax preparation software company.

All of this training has given Carla the necessary in-depth experience to complete accounting and taxes for all types of entities:   individuals (1040), corporations (1120 and 1120S), partnerships (1065), and not-for-profit organizations (990). She also provides financial planning, business planning and business set up to officers and shareholders.  

In her free time, Carla enjoys knitting, playing the piano, and hiking. She and her husband, Wayne, have hiked sections of the Appalachian Trail. She especially enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, Abagail and grandson, Christopher. 

 

Thomas L. Woolbright, Manager and Client Services

Thomas works closely with our clients on personal and business accouting. He prepares quarterly and monthly payroll taxes. He also helps keep the computers, software, and electronics in the office up-to-date and running smoothly. 

Thomas will graduate in December of 2014 from Southwestern Community College with an Associate in Arts College Transfer Degree, with a focus in Business and Administrative Accouting. He will attend Florida Atlantic University through their online program in the Spring of 2015, working towards the completion of his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting, a Masters in Taxation, and an Masters in Forensic Accoutning. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and the National Technical Honor Society. 

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys bowling. He bowls during the week on three local bowling leagues. He also enjoys hiking and reading great works of literature. 

  

 

JuliaMarie DiGiorgio, Data Processing

JuliaMarie joined our staff at the beginning of June 2014 and does Data Entry and Report Processing. She is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Governors Univeristy online. She plans to graduate in the Spring of 2016 and hopes to teach art or history at the Middle School level. 

JuliaMarie is a talented artist as well. Her drawings in pastels and her paintings in watercolor are both captivating and engaging. She also enjoys knitting and cooking Italian food. She teaches 1st Grade Faith Formation at St. Francis of Assis Catholic Church.
