Carla L. Haire, CPA
Carla L. Haire has been working in tax preparation for more than 25 years and is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and in Florida. She received Bachelor's of Arts in Business Adminstration with a major in Accounting and Masters of Taxation Degrees from Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the AICPA. Carla is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Phi Theta Kappa, and Beta Gamma Sigma.
She began her career for a small firm, preparing individual and business income, payroll, and sales tax returns, and later, for larger firms, preparing corporate, partnership, and not-for-profit returns. Carla also worked in the development department of a tax preparation software company.
All of this training has given Carla the necessary in-depth experience to complete accounting and taxes for all types of entities: individuals (1040), corporations (1120 and 1120S), partnerships (1065), and not-for-profit organizations (990). She also provides financial planning, business planning and business set up to officers and shareholders.
In her free time, Carla enjoys knitting, playing the piano, and hiking. She and her husband, Wayne, have hiked sections of the Appalachian Trail. She especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, Cale, Abagail, Christopher, and Thomas Edward.

Thomas L. Woolbright
Thomas works closely with our clients on personal and business accounting. He prepares quarterly and monthly payroll taxes. He keeps computers, software, and electronics in the office up-to-date and running smoothly.
Thomas graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southwestern Community College with an Associate in Arts College Transfer Degree, with a focus in Business and Administrative Accounting. He is currently attending Western Governors University, working towards the completion of his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa and the National Technical Honor Society.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family, especially his wife, JuliaMarie and their son, Thomas Edward. He is an avid bowler and has been known to hit a golf ball or two. He also enjoys playing board games, hiking and reading great works of literature.

Jeanna works closely with clients helping them with their budgets, bill pay, payroll, and bookkeeping . She also assists with monthly and quarterly payroll tax filings and sales and use tax.
Jeanna graduated from Southwestern Community College May of 2011 with an Associates of Applied Science in Criminal Justice Technology. In her free time she operates Southern Belle Photography.
She loves taking pictures, being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with family, her niece and nephews, her husband Mike and their son, Cale.
